講義の目的 The purpose is to strengthen students’ basic understanding of "management" from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
Management" includes all aspects of overseeing and supervising business operations. From the point of view of management, it also covers fields that include human resource management, organization theory, strategic management, marketing, finance, accounting, innovation management, production management, project management, and ethics.
This class will be conducted in English and Japanese.
到達目標 The goal is to be able to consider and evaluate problems to management. Students develop their skills to grasp the crux of these problems to deal with any situation. These lectures will focus primarily on knowledge provision.

良: Be able to grasp a part(80%) of the general theories to "Management."
可: Be able to grasp a part(60%) of the general theories to "Management."
教科書等 I will distribute the handouts for each lecture.
